Pick N Dazzle Celebrates Its 10th Anniversary! And who else but Pavlina Marinova, our founder, to look back at these wonderful 10 years and reveal her best memories, as well as well-kept secrets?

Ten years ago, with the launch of Pick N Dazzle, my dream of revolutionizing the beauty world became a reality. Our mission was and still is to provide personalized cosmetic solutions that meet the unique needs of each customer. Today, with great pride and gratitude, we celebrate ten years of innovation, growth, and continuous pursuit of perfection.

 

The Beginning of a Dream

When we started, challenges were numerous, but our vision was clear – to create a model that changes how people choose and buy cosmetics. Inspired by my personal experience as a customer and market observations, I wanted to offer people the opportunity to quickly and easily discover products that truly meet their individual needs.

We developed an algorithm with elements of artificial intelligence that analyzes thousands of combinations of skin types, preferences, and needs to create perfectly personalized cosmetic boxes for our customers. Today, artificial intelligence-based technologies are entering all areas of life and business at an increasingly rapid pace, but in the distant year of 2014, we were among the pioneers.
