This privacy policy (the “Privacy Policy“) describes how Pick N Dazzle B.V. (“Pick N Dazzle” or “we“, “our“, “ours“, the “Company”) processes your personal data in connection with the use of www.pickndazzle.com (the “Site“).

WHAT IS PERSONAL DATA

Personal Data is any information that relates to an identified or identifiable living individual (such as email address, name, age, date of birth, phone number etc.) (“Personal Data”).

PERSONAL DATA WE COLLECT 

We collect the Personal Data that you provide us directly or is collected through the use of the Site.

Information that you provide to us

When you create a profile, we collect your:

  • Name and surname
  • Email address

In addition, we collect information part of your Beauty Profile:

  • Date of birth
  • Sex
  • Details of your appearance: type of hair, skin, nails; cosmetic problems; preferred style for the look
  • Data about your consumer purchasing trends (the type of products that are most commonly bought, what brands they like or would like to use)

When you place an order using the Site, we collect:

  • Delivery address
  • Phone number

When posting content (text, images, photos, messages, comments, or other content) to our Site, the information will be stored on our servers and other users on the Site will be able to see it if posted visibly to users, such as the photos in “Our Loving Customers” on the Site.

The Company does not receive or store any information to the Cardholder when paying a product on the Company's Site using a debit / credit card payment method. This data is processed by the online payments service provider.

By using our Site you have the opportunity to register with it through your Facebook profile. If you choose this option, you will be directed to the Facebook Admin page, where you will be notified about the transmission of your data to Pick N Dazzle. Information that we collect from third parties

If you disconnect from the social network you used to provide the Services on the Site, the social network data and the e-mail account data provided by the social network will be deleted from our active databases.

In addition to the above data, we may collect and subsequently process certain information about your surfing behavior on our website to personalize your online experience and make suggestions that are tailored to your profile:

  • data about your activity / browsing our website;
  • information from your visits to this Site, including the type of browser and operating system you use, access time, pages viewed, URL clicks, your IP address, and pages that you visited before and after navigating on this site.

We have no obligation to honour your request for deletion of your Personal Data if processing is required:
